Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NexPilot handles personal information when you use NexPilot services, websites, provider gateways and connected NexPilot applications such as Oselia.
NexPilot uses personal information only for legitimate product, account, security, support and integration purposes. Provider credentials and sensitive authorization material are kept server-side where applicable and are not intentionally exposed to child-app frontends.
1. Information we may process
- Account and contact information such as name, email address and phone number.
- Business profile information that you choose to provide.
- Device, browser, session, security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Customer, contact or business records that you intentionally import or submit to an enabled NexPilot application, subject to applicable consent and access controls.
- Provider connection information and identifiers received through authorized integrations such as Meta or WhatsApp Business.
- Messages, files, prompts, records or other content that you submit when using enabled product features.
2. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, maintain and improve NexPilot and connected applications.
- Connect authorized external services and map approved provider assets to the correct account, business or tenant.
- Support CRM, sales, follow-up, automation and other product functions that you choose to use.
- Protect accounts, prevent misuse, investigate incidents and maintain audit records.
- Respond to support, privacy and data-deletion requests.
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.
3. External providers and child applications
NexPilot may act as the control or integration layer for connected applications. Oselia and other NexPilot applications may request capabilities through NexPilot. External providers such as Meta may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting a provider is optional unless a selected feature requires that provider.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers or integration partners only as needed to provide authorized functionality, operate infrastructure, protect the service, or comply with law. Access is limited according to role, tenant and purpose where supported.
5. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account continuity, security, audit, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type, feature and applicable law.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including access controls and server-side handling of sensitive provider credentials where applicable. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other actions regarding your personal information. You may also disconnect optional provider integrations. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Children
NexPilot business and provider-integration services are not intentionally directed to children where an account holder must be legally capable of authorizing the relevant services.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
