Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of NexPilot websites, services, provider gateways and connected NexPilot applications, including Oselia where applicable.
Some NexPilot features may be previews, owner-test features or works in progress. A visible interface, demo or connection screen does not by itself mean that a feature is production-ready or generally available.
1. Using the service
You may use NexPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable product instructions and the rules of any connected third-party provider.
2. Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting your login methods. You must have appropriate authority to connect business assets, phone numbers, customer records or third-party provider accounts to NexPilot.
3. Connected providers
Some features depend on third-party services such as Meta or WhatsApp Business. Those services may require separate authorization and are also governed by the provider's own terms. NexPilot cannot guarantee the continued availability, approval or behavior of third-party platforms.
4. Data and permissions
You must obtain any permissions or consents required before uploading, importing, processing or using information about other people. Do not submit credentials, secrets or data that you are not authorized to use.
5. AI and automated assistance
AI-generated suggestions, classifications, drafts and recommendations may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, safety-critical or other consequential decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use NexPilot to violate law, abuse another person, compromise accounts or systems, distribute malware, circumvent platform safeguards, infringe rights, or conduct unauthorized surveillance, scraping or access.
7. Service changes and availability
We may add, remove, suspend or modify features, integrations, limits or previews. We may also suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse prevention.
8. Intellectual property
NexPilot software, branding, interfaces and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexPilot services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, third-party provider approval, or suitability for every business purpose.
11. Ending use
You may stop using NexPilot at any time. Where available, you may request deletion of eligible personal information by following the Data Deletion Instructions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as products and legal requirements evolve. The effective date above will identify the current published version.
